What do you do when a classmate, colleague or peer(s) take credit for your work and/or ideas? Do you confront them? Do you tell your boss or supervisor? Or do you just let them take the credit? What if it is your manager taking credit for your work? |

One major misconception is that being on top of search engine results will get the business or sale, and another is that as soon as a website up, one would or should show on top when typing a general keyword. There are more complex factors than that such as building an identity, trust, and brand on top of a brilliant website. |

There are many businesses and even marketing/advertising agencies out there that practice "Black Hat" SEO and many don't even know it. Make sure that what you're doing, and what your SEO marketer advises you, doesn't get you blacklisted/banned off of Google or land on the top-- of a front page of a newspaper, negative publicity for unethical practices. Google JCPenny and you'll see that they were "punished" back then being put on the bottom of search results for unknowingly practicing Black Hat SEO. Others weren't so lucky and was blacklisted. |

Do I provide FREE services or few bucks "donation"?
For completely non-profit organizations for the better (where there's no paid employees), my educational/experimental research or other circumstances depending, I will consider proposals. But for everyone else who are trying to profit or are, I request to be treated professionally. Plus if you want to be taken seriously and respected, as a business, artist, or organization, hiring the right professionals & appropriately compensate for their hard work just like you yourself understand what hard work is and the cost of having that. |
